Join us as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States with Celebrate America, a patriotic salute filled with family fun, interactive activities, and red, white, and blue excitement throughout the day.  

Thank you for your service! All active or retired military, veterans, and military reservists receive FREE admission July 1-5 with a valid military ID.

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday with an Independence Day fireworks spectacular and patriotic family fun! Fireworks take place at 9:30 p.m. on July 4th (weather permitting).

In partnership with Fred Rogers Productions, Idlewild is pleased to present a celebration of everyone's favorite neighbor, Fred Rogers.

When the sun goes down, the fun lights up! Experience Idlewild in a whole new way during this special summer evening featuring extended hours until 10:00 PM, rides under the lights, live music from The Andy Davis Band, and additional family entertainment throughout the park. Included with park admission and Season Passes. Special evening admission tickets also available.

Join us to celebrate KIDS FEST with special character meets, fun activities, and the return of the always popular, 'Wild Foam Parties.
